1. I have understood all the guidelines & norms for admission given and will abide by them.
2. I will attend all the classes for coursework as per UGC guidelines.
3. I will compulsorily conduct myself in a highly disciplined and decent manner both inside the classroom and in the campus failing which suitable action may be taken against me as per the rules and regulations of the University.
4. I will not indulge in any form of ragging inside or outside the campus. I am fully aware that ragging is a offence and punishable as per University Rule/Law.
5. I will pay tuition fees, examination fee and any other dues within the stipulated time as required by the University authorities failing which I will not be permitted without late fees as per rule to attend the classes and appear in exam.
6. I shall check Notice Board and University Website regularly for information about examination, events, fees payment, dates etc. and University is not responsible to inform me individually.
7. I have understood that, The University reserves its right to cancel the admission of successful Candidate under any of the following circumstances:
   1. If the fee is not deposited by the stipulated date.
   2. If the candidate does not join the particular programme by the stipulated date even though the Fee has been deposited.
   3. If the candidate fails to furnish the proof of the stipulated minimum qualifications.
   4. Violation of any condition enumerated in the Ph.D. guidelines.
8. I have understood that, The Competent Authority of the University reserves the right to alter or modify the structure of any of the programs to attain the objective of excellence. And The University also reserves its right to change the existing fee structure.
9. I have understood that Registration fee is Non Refundable Fee which can't be claimed back in any circumstances.
10. Jurisdiction: Any dispute pertaining to admission, or any matter as a student or alumnus of Sunrise University shall be subjected to the jurisdiction of the alwar only.

If any information is found false, University shall be free to cancel my admission. I Understand and agree that misrepresentation or omission of facts will justify the denial of admission.
